After the ball has bounced once on each side the ball can be hit without bouncing as long as you arent in the no-volley zone 7 feet from the net.
I am not surprised that you haven't of pickleball! As subsequent points are scored, the server continues switching back and forth until a fault is committed and the first server loses the serve. Reading it brought back some fun memories. USA Pickleball Association
Um thanks I was very confused about the sort and now I know to take it very seriously and it is nothing to joke about, I need some good shoes to play this, so I'm hoping my dad buys those for me....... ;(. I found one at Diamond Head Tennis Center, and am now part of a 12-15 player group on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and growing. *At the beginning of each new game only one partner on the serving team has the opportunity to serve before faulting, after which the service passes to the receiving team. There are some definite similarities between pickleball and raquetball, though. When the ball is returned to the serving side the ball must again bounce once before being hit. Thank you!
