I’ve recently finished a creeper farm that goes about halfway underground (surface to bedrock). I made it again in my survival world, 70 blocks above ground, no creepers are spawning.

In short, there are no designs for creeper-only farms on Bedrock currently. I just need a small creeper farm for fireworks. In bedrock the despawning updates have not arrived to the main version yet, so there may be many mobs in the caves around the chunks loaded that are taking up the mob cap. Help.
